What a MambaBuy Spreadsheet is, and why this one rehearses
A MambaBuy Spreadsheet is a browsable product catalogue for people who buy from China through the MambaBuy shopping agent: shelves by category, a photo and a price on every card, and a link you can carry into MambaBuy's search bar. It is a list of finds you can browse by category, not a table to download.
This one is built for the first order. The shelves hold 48 unbranded 1688 listings that we found with MambaBuy's own search and then pasted back into it to read each option menu, so every card tells you the catch we spotted: a minimum of two pairs, a colour menu that is really a size menu, a fabric field that disagrees with the title. The rest of the site is the rehearsal: what happens after you press buy.
How to order with MambaBuy: nine steps, two payments
MambaBuy's tutorial has nine steps. We treat them as scenes in a dress rehearsal, so you can walk the whole order once without paying for anything. Each ticket below links to its scene; the figure under it is how the bill grows on our sample parcel.

MambaBuy in brief: its strong scenes and weak ones
MambaBuy is a shopping agent run under DM Global Supply Chain Limited, with terms under Hong Kong law. It buys on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian on your behalf, stores the goods at its warehouse in China, and ships them abroad on lines you choose. Orders placed on the website pay no purchasing fee; manual orders sent by chat pay 3% or 1.5% since 15 October 2026.
What it does differently from many agents is mostly in the shipping: a long list of UK and EU lines labelled "Tax & Duty included", and a membership discount earned only from freight. Where it is thin: three free QC photos rather than more, a support inbox that only handles account issues, and help pages that do not agree on payment methods. If you need many free photos per item or a published company address, that is when to use a different agent, or at least to compare other agents first. More on the MambaBuy explained page.
What the sample MambaBuy parcel budget includes
On our drill, goods were 53% of the bill and the international line 32%. That split belongs to this sample only; another parcel can have a very different balance of goods and freight. The exchange rate is the third thing to watch. MambaBuy prices in yuan and on 21 October 2026 one yuan was shown as US$0.1618, EUR 0.1440 or GBP 0.1213; bank transfers are converted at its own rate on the day they arrive.
Change one assumption at a time in the calculator: selected goods, packed size, route, then extras. If the affordable route refuses an item or the packed box is larger, rebuild the budget before submitting the parcel. The sample is a worked scenario, not an available offer.

Converted at MambaBuy's 21 October 2026 display rates: about US$78.79, EUR 70.12 or GBP 59.07. The RM01 price comes from MambaBuy's line data read that day; the goods prices are made up for the drill.
