Rehearsal calculators: price a MambaBuy parcel and set its deadlines
Two small tools that rerun the rehearsal with your own numbers. Nothing you type leaves this page.
The rehearsal bill
The form opens with our drill parcel already filled in: CNY 260 of goods, a 1.6 kg box measuring 40 x 30 x 12 cm going to the UK. Press the button to see the bill we print on the rehearsal page, then change anything.
How to use the bill calculator, and where its numbers come from
The line list for each country is MambaBuy's own, read from its public line-price data on 21 October 2026: 44 lines across ten destinations. For each line we kept the price bands, the half-kilo or one-kilo rounding step, the volume divisor and the weight limits, then checked that our arithmetic gives exactly the one-kilo price MambaBuy's data states, for all 44 lines.
Whichever is heavier, scale or volume, is what the calculator bills; it rounds that the way the line does, and prices it. Coupons use the welcome pack tiers and take the largest that the freight bill reaches. Protection follows the three tiers by goods value. Payment fees use the top-up article's rates with the fixed part counted twice, because goods and freight are paid separately. What it cannot know: the real packed weight, holiday surcharges, and any price change after 21 October.

The warehouse clock
Enter the day an order turned Stored. Out come the deadline for asking to return without a reason (five days, MambaBuy's 120 hours), the day after which only the seller can agree to a return, the end of free storage and the 180-day limit. Add the day you plan to pay the freight and it tells you whether storage is still free, and warns if that day is a Sunday.
Numbers the calculators refuse to guess
We did not build an exchange-rate tracker, a coupon stacker or a duty calculator. Rates move daily and MambaBuy converts at its own rate; only one coupon applies per shipping bill; and duty depends on your country, the declared value and the line, which for most UK and EU lines is already included. Where a figure would be a guess, the tools leave it out rather than invent it.
For anything near a limit, such as a parcel close to the 20 kg Royal Mail cap or goods near CNY 3,000, use MambaBuy's own estimator and ask support. MambaBuy's estimator asks for the same inputs.
