Discord, YouTube and other buyers' voices
MambaBuy links a Discord server from its site; on 22 October 2026 the server showed 478 members with 52 online. The Twitter and Facebook icons in its header pointed nowhere in the page captured that day, and our research turned up no official YouTube channel. The MambaBuy reviews on YouTube that came up were by independent channels, and we did not use them as sources.
What that means in practice: for a policy question, the help centre and chat are the authority; Reddit threads and Discord replies are other buyers' experience, useful for "how long did your parcel take" and little else. MambaBuy also recruits TikTok and Instagram creators for haul videos, so expect some of the posts you see to be paid.
